World Class Innovation in India with Wireless ViTAE 2011 · 15. November 2010
Under the head line ”World Class Innovation”, Center for TeleInFrastruktur (CTIF), Aalborg University would like to invite a Danish ICT delegation to participate in an industrial promotion tour to India in connection with the conference WIRELESS VITAE 2011.
The purpose of the Danish ICT delegation’s visit is to further strengthen the business relations between Denmark and India.
An important part of the visit is to brand the world class teaching method that Aalborg University is famous for and, on top of that, the successful way the Danish ICT companies are adopting this method in order to innovate and develop world class products and solutions.
Gateway to Indian partners – WIRELESS VITAE 2011
The Danish business delegation will benefit of the set-up of WIRELESS VITAE 2011 and use the conference as a gateway to identify Indian partners. For more information on the conference, please visit the conference website www.wirelessvitaechennai.org
CTIF will host the workshop ‘World Class Innovation” in cooperation with the local Organizer of WIRELESS VITAE 2011. During the workshop, world class teaching, research and product development from Denmark will be presented to invited guests from the Indian ICT industry and academia. Furthermore, the Danish companies will present their company and products.
The workshop will also offer the possibility of having One-on-One meetings between all participants of WIRELESS VITAE 2011 and special invited Indian companies. This is a unique opportunity for all participants with respect to both existing and new partners and customers. In this connection, Indian guests will be invited according to individual requests from the Danish Delegation.

The local Organizer of Wireless VITAE 2011 will assist in setting up individual meetings as a special service to the Danish business delegation. Upon requests and wishes from the Danish companies external meetings will be organized together with Indian ICT companies.
Price
The price for participation is DKK 1.500 per participant. The price covers all dinners and receptions in connection with Wireless VITAE 2011. The price also includes the participation in the CTIF workshop and assistance in connection with the individual meetings.
Accommodation and transport will be paid separately.
Hotel Le Royal Meridien in Chennai (venue place) costs approx DKK 1.000,- per night.

Visa is necessary for travels to India. CTIF will provide you with a letter of invitation in order to obtain a Business Visa.
